Our Virginia Village

It’s a trite saying, but it is true for so many things: “It Takes a Village.” Without our community partners, First Shift would not reach working mothers and families who could use our support. Over the past 12 months, First Shift has partnered with Virginia organizations like The Campagna Center in Alexandria, an organization whose mission is to bolster the social and academic development of children, from early childhood to young adults.

First Shift has also made connections with Homestretch, New Virginia Majority, Fairfax County Health Department, Virginia Commonwealth University Health System, Virginia Breastfeeding Coalition, and Postpartum Support Virginia, a sponsor of this year’s LUNAFEST. The funds raised through LUNAFEST 2022 on October 6th will allow us to continue to develop these critical relationships. Thank you in advance for your support!
